Chamber Installation Requirements

Confirm these before you sign a lease and long before you place an order. Retro-fitting a three-phase supply, widening a doorway or strengthening a slab after the equipment has arrived is the most expensive way to discover a requirement.

Where installations actually fail

  • No three-phase supply. The single most common blocker. Confirm availability and the cost of bringing it in before the lease is signed.
  • The access route. A chamber that fits the room but not the corridor, the lift or the stairwell. Measure the whole path from the street, not just the door.
  • Floor loading above ground level. Pressure vessels and filled plunge tubs are heavy. First-floor and above needs a structural opinion.
  • Nowhere to put the plant. Compressor and condenser racks are noisy and reject significant heat. A plant position that was never designed in becomes a corridor cupboard that overheats.

  • Electrical and civil works completed to the issued specification.
  • Delivery and rigging along the confirmed access route.
  • Positioning, connection and pressure or pull-down testing.
  • Calibration, safety validation and handover documentation.
  • Operator training, then soft open.
